Sir Oliver Heald visited Providence Court as part of their Quantum Care challenge to involve local community representatives in their work. Oliver met residents and workers and also heard about their charitable work. Also shown in the photo is Councillor Juan Cowell.

That day they were also raising funds for Breast Cancer Now.
