North East Herts MP Oliver Heald has signed the Book of Solidarity being sent from the UK Parliament to Ruslan Stefanchuk, Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament.  In the book, Oliver wrote that the people of North East Hertfordshire are supporting the Ukrainian people in their brave fight for freedom in the face of the Russian invasion and that all our thoughts and prayers are with them.
