The Prime Minister has announced £160 million worth of support for new large scale port and manufacturing infrastructure for offshore wind. This new funding will support major new port side manufacturing hubs, so that the UK can host the factories making the next generation of offshore wind equipment. 

My colleague the Business Secretary, Alok Sharma, has sent out the attached letter laying out the plans for the funding.
