The Solicitor-General (Oliver Heald): As the Attorney-General indicated in his written ministerial statement on 4 December 2012, Official Report, column 51WS, the former Director Serious Fraud Office did not advise the Law Officers of his intention to enter into redundancy agreements with the former chief executive or chief operating officer. The new director, David Green QC, learned of the agreements in May of this year and immediately notified the Attorney-General's Office.
