Oliver Heald: Apart from the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) none of the Law Officers' Departments have had any contracts with Autonomy Systems Ltd since 2010. The SFO entered into a contract with Autonomy Systems Limited on 19 June 2009 for an initial period of five years extendable by a further two years, this was extended in June 2011.

Oliver Heald: In September 2011, the Serious Fraud Office introduced a system for staff to record time spent on different areas of work.
However, the system was not fully utilised until November 2012.

Oliver Heald: No officials at the Serious Fraud Office currently have such arrangements. However, one official did have such an arrangement for a short period in the early part of 2012 – 13. No officials in the remaining Law Officers’ Departments are employed under such arrangements.
